Stretching Seedlings in DWC

Hello, I've got a little problem here which is not caused by ignorance actually, I had to put my seedlings under 400 watt HPS in 4x4 (1.20x1.20) area, I'm expecting 600W MH bulb in several days (3 or 4) and I'll switch it as soon as I get it, I'll buy 600W HPS for flowering before my plants hit bloom phase. So here's my question, will it cause any long term issues? The taller one Blue Dream Auto and on the left a bit smaller Big Bud Auto

I forgot to say the conditions, the PH of the water is 6.5, the humidity percentage is 60% and the temperature is 23-25. The airflow is as good as it is supposed to be.

Ph is a bit high for dwc. You don't need much light at that age and you can adjust light height. In the future you can hatch in rockwoll cubes and eventually bury the cube in the rocks and kind of bury the stem more if u get some unwanted stretch.

Thanks for your response <33 I used this kind of root plugs and once I noticed the plants were stretching I buried em deeper in the pebbles. So what would you recommend, I put the ph level down? Like, between 5.5 and 6.0

Shoot for 6.0. When the drift hits 6.4 or 5.6 adjust back to 6.0

Once you notice a trend like your ph always rises you can ph to say 5.8 and let the drift take it up thru the 6s and adjust back to 5.8 when needed

Thank you guys so much, I set my timer not to turn off and it's 24/0 now. I'll also adjust the ph to 6.0 and then monitor it to see if it needs setting the level down to 5.8
