After the seed popped in the paper towel, I planted it in soil in aa cup. I totally forgot about it until last night.

If I continue taking care of it will it make it? Here's a pic

The stem is actually longer but I put a little dirt in to help hold it up

Thx in advance

Soil looks too loose aswell. Nothing is keeping the bottom of the stem in the ground which is why it's tilting, add a lot more soil about up to the leaves and pack it down lightly, water it and move lights closer

Edit: what type of lights do you use? And what's the wattage?

Prop it up for a week with a stick and get lights closer. I know people dont like to see them propped up with anything but in your case it wont hurt for a week or so till it establishes itself a bit then remove it.
Ignore the know it alls that will say "wtf you propping it up for"
Once its established a nice root structure remove and keep a gentle breeze from your fan to enable the stiffening and bulkiness of the stem

If the seedling stem is too elongated, you could support it or if there is room in the cup, bury the stem to just below the leaves and get it a little closer to the light source.

I get a straw cut it long enough to support the stem. I slice the the down the middle then slide the straw around the stem. Once I've done that I gentle push the straw into the soul so it stays upright. When the seedling grows the stem will get big enough to support itself like tone24 said
