Stretch 8 week of flower??

My plants are in there 8 th week. Everything was fine then last week ( Week 7 ) a few of the buds started to stretch. It looked like light leaks but could find any. The strain is White Widow from High Grade Seeds. Not sure about the genitics. Has anyone seen this happen before? Do this happen from time to time? There are not too much in the way of crystals. I was hoping that they would start packing alittle more on in the next week or so. I am wondering if the stretch is an indicator of a problem. I have inclosed a few pics one of the plants overall and a close up of the one I am talking off. The outer circle is the main cola on that plant and the inner circle is the stretch on that same bud.

yeah heat stress causes the buds to stretch out and become light and airy, try movin the light further away or do bit of lst to get that top bud further from the light.

My day temps are about 72 to 75. Night time temps about 65. I usually let my ph drift a little. I start it at 5.5 and let it run to 6.2. I did let the EC of the res raise during the last 2 weeks or so. Haven't had much time. The water level drop by half causing the EC to go up. Do you guys think that 2 weeks of big ph and EC swings maybe causing it. I have been on top of it more often lately. Also do you think that those same swings could account for the slow development. I am in the 8 week and all pistils are still nice and white.

have you tried to go inside your grow room with the lights off and leave other lights from outside the room on to see if any lights get in?
