streching big time!!

end of week 1 flowering & the plats have streched almost 6 inches is that normal light is 1 ft away 600wat hps?

1 foot away is fine, must be strain, plants can double in size and even more, plants stop growing after 30 days 12/12. normaly.
just keep your lite 1 foot where it is, and have your fan blowing, and everything, should be fine.
any pics?.

My bushes are full now i wish they would stretch 6" a week

ill have a pic tomorrow we found a camera .
whats even more amazing is the one plant that we didnt top is only about 2 inches taller than the 1 we did top. it was about 8 before we started the flower stage.
