Strawberry Cough Harvest Question

My question is when harvesting a Sativa strain would we include the leaf material in our harvest, in this case strawberry cough? I have read that sativa leaves contain a lot of THC and that would explain why years ago the whole plant was pressed into bricks...
like Oaxaca (late 1970's). I want the mild experience this strain offers and don't want to discard any qualities of the plant, thanks for your advice

just keep the lot of it. I'd keep the leaves with alot of thc to make into hash

trim it and smoke the buds keep all the leaves/stems make hash,oil,edibles,tea ect. dont want to waste any!
