Strange Orange Spots from Space creeping on my leaves

Hey!! The spots aren't from space, I'm sorry, but hopefully that grabbed someone's attention. So, this is my first post to a forum and my first grow. I have six four-week-old plants under t5 lights for about fourteen hours a day with an oscillating fan on them. I intend to place these babies outdoors in about a week and I want to grow them out there as I am in no way equipped to carry on the grow indoors longterm. I've only given them nutes once so far, I used Emerald Harvest cali pro A & B. Very diluted and that was about over a week ago. They were transplanted a week ago now (I have to check my notes but I think I gave them nutes the same day) from those jiffy peat pods to some fox farm ocean forest. Three days ago I placed my plants outdoors for the first time for about two hours in the shade and later in the day I noticed these discolored spots on the tips of both of the first set of leaves on one particular plant. The rest of my plants seem to be doing just fine. Today I noticed that the spots progressed to an intense orange color so now I'm wondering if I should be worried or if it's alright considering the plant seems to be continuing to grow just fine. The spots don't come off with rubbing my finger against them. I've also noticed thin webs occasionally popping up between leaves so maybe spider mites? But my understanding is that spidermites leave white spots from sucking chlorophyll, not orange. If anyone has any potential insights that would be helpful or if you need anymore information to gather better understanding of my situation please let me know. I don't keep tabs on the humidity or the soil's PH levels I don't think I could afford solid meters rn even though I know they're worth the investment. I have watered them about three times so far and provided 6.0 drinking water. Any input is a huge help! Even tips on forum ediquette. I provided some pictures below (or tried to idk if they'll post) so y'all can get a decent look. Lmk if more are needed! Thanks!!
