Strange Leaf/bud death, Outdoor HELP!

This morning i went outside to water my plant only to notice that on some of the lower branches there was a weird discoloration in some of the leaves and buds. An orange browning, leaves dying back from the tips and also in some of the small little popcorn buds there was some death too.

The plant is Blue Dream, sativa dominant. Growing in the ground. Was giving her a low dose every other watering of an organic liquid nute for flowering. Watered very heavily last saturday as an attempt to flush before harvest which should be in a few weeks. Gave her some water today. Really hope this is not the onset of some disease, need to let her flower up for a few more weeks minimum.

Growing bud can be difficult to learn.I would let it dry real good between waterings.Don't let it get rained on.Oregon024

I was worried this may be the problem, although I have not fed her in about ten days. Gave her a ton of plain water five days ago, and the first symptoms showed up this morning on a few scraggly branches on the bottom of the plant.

Can symptoms of over feeding be that delayed?

Yes they can. I over-fed my plants a tad bit and the final destruction showed up around the 6th - 10th day. It's kind of a gradual burn which "fills" up the affected leaves. It's probably a combination of that and flushing if the roots are too flooded. Try not to give your girl a bunch of water at once, but "flush" by not feeding for three - four weeks and just water with plain water like usual, no flooding ;) Good luck!

2 questions please.
the fella above said not to let you plants get rained on. Why?
I have been watering the couple I have growing outside about every day. is this too much? the pots have holes in the bottom, so doesn't that allow the water to just wet the roots and the rest drain out or no?

looks like too much nutes... possible over watering as well
