Strange bud stretching in 4th week of flowering

Hey guys, this is my first grow and my first post, i have an outdoor sativa dominant plant that went through vegetative without any major problems, im using good soil with worm castings and every now and then i use synthetic fert too boost it a little.
Now in 4th week of flower it is growing strange stretchy buds in some parts of it, i think it might be a genetic issue since i used seeds that are probably from a landrace sativa. Here in brasil most of the weed is brick weed and probably grown in paraguay or the northeast of brasil and i used seeds from it. Im curious if this bud stretch could be from too much nitrogen or if theres nothing i can do. I'd like some input,thanks.

26°C tops and a 10°C fluctuation between day and night and theres plenty of air circulation

its just the pheno...heavy sativa influence... might be potent as fuck with a long long flowering time

looks pretty hempy to me

Thanks man, Ive got the same answer from other forums,since i dont have any concrete info on the strain I was thinking it would be around 12 weeks of flower. Do you think it would take more??
Also ill be posting some pics before harvest since these genetics are now harder and harder to find.

Has it been forming flowers for 4 weeks or just been 4 weeks since you flipped to 12/12?

I personally wouldn’t consider it flowering until it started forming those buds. Those are very typical early buds for a pure sativa plant. Sativas usually take longer to transition from veg to flower, and take longer to finish flowering. I would bet that plant will need to go 14-16 weeks from the point it started to form flowers.

Sativas are hard to wait for, but are definitely my favorite to smoke.

Long flowering sativa's can be slow to start flowering and long to finish. I've had them go 20 weeks and still not be fully done.

Today is the last day of the 4th week since i flipped to flower, since its outdoors theres only 11-11.5 hours of light now, this will probably speed up flowering, buds started forming in the middle of third week and it almost trippled in height since flip

Holy shit 20 weeks... since theres less than 12 hours of light it might be faster but only time will tell

Ok so it’s been flowering for a week, maybe a week and a half. Really it doesn’t matter a lot because it won’t be done until it’s done, but just for estimation I would guess you have 14-15 weeks left. However xtsho is totally right some strains run even longer.

Thanks, any tips for growing these strong sativas??

I’ve only grown a few and the ones I had didn’t seem to need anything special. Just keep it healthy and give it as much light as it can get during the day.

Don't overfeed. They don't require much. And be patient because it is going to flower for awhile.

Ok, ive noticed its prone to nute burn even woth light nutrient dosages, also i have good soil anyway thanks for the input all and when its closer to harvest i will post some pics
