Storage of Water w/ Nutes - How Long??

I wanted to see if anyone pre-mixes there NUTES with water and stores it for future replacement to your system. If you do, how long can you store the pre-mix solution before going it goes bad?

i dont think it will go bad per say... the two main problems that you would run into is algae growth on the top which you can eliminate by covering and not letting any light in and the other would be that the nutrients will seperate and you will end up with a silt on the bottom... if you could keep the water moving with a pump and keep it in the dark you could keep it for months i would imagine

If they are strictly chemical nutes, you can leave them mixed until ready to use without problem. If they are organic nutes, or you're using an organic supplement, they will start to stink if left to sit still. (the little critters die off) So you can roil the surface with a pump to keep the soup aerated and the little critters won't stink.
