Stoner Radio app?

Is there a way to add a Radio App that can play tunes from a playlist while on the forum which members can make suggestions or requests on which tunes will go on the playlist? Or maybe even just a forum section where members can link tunes from Youtube or other sites, so we can share our favorite tunes.

I still like the idea of a radio app. But it appears there is already a section for tunes.
I must have missed this previously.

id ont think we can actually physically implement that i know for sure i wouldnt use it
