who the hell steals 3 out of 4? what a dick. i'd beat some of his teeth out, and go to jail. but thats just me, it's not the smart thing to do but it would make me feel better

gosh! remove that last plant, then get a new place to grow and start over SECRETLY and most importantly dont go beating anyone's ass because of weed robbery, it will end you in jail. they were just 3 weeks old, so thats better than getting robbed just before harvest. from my experience, all of the times when someone got to me in some way i eventually had the chance to get back to him in a safe way. it's like destiny throws him straight in your path and gives you a chance to take your revenge. and think of it, what an idiot would steal 3/4 plants 3 weeks old? he's not worth jailtime. you probably got back home as he was still in the process of pulling them so he failed with the 4th one.

be smart about it smash his/their face/faces in but plan it properly so you dont get caught smash their knee caps in that would work 
That's what I'm going to do.
I pulled and tossed it the minute I noticed the other 3 gone.
I don't know where the plants are located at.
It was an acquaintance that must have been snooping while at my house.

Why not just confront the person. It doesn't always have to be violent...unless you feel they'll get violent when you confront them. Even if it comes to that point, you're just defending yourself and thus not in violation of your probation.
This kinda shit always comes back to haunt people...so, if you're patient you'll get your revenge. Ultimately, it cost you three plants to recognize this person is a pooputt and not a friend. At least it wasn't flowering and about to be harvested.
Anyway, molotov cocktails are always a nice alternative if the high road isn't enticing,

Instead of ppl jacking plants. Why dont they just ask advice on how to grow.
Most likly if you resort to jacking a plant you dont have a clue how to care for it.

Confronting this person will lead to violence. I know I can defend myself if it comes down to it, but he has a whole army behind him. I'm just going to move on and learn from my mistakes.
