you can bomb the room since you are so early in the grow or you can whipe down all stems/leafs with a sponge(lil dish soap) I use(after whipe down)rosemary oil(kills mites) and neem oil(kills the eggs) act APSP it will only get worse.

go to walmart and get some no pest strips. They are awesome.

it is important to get ontop of this problem soon mate, mites can trash your whole grow in a matter of days once they are established.

always best to have a bottle or two (different types) of miticide solution at hand to deal with them straight away. Spray the plants, making sure you pay particular attention to the underside of the leaves, 3 times over the next 10 days to break the life cycle - as eggs will continue to hatch.

for best results spray with a foliar feed.

it is also advisable to spray the leaves with water daily and foliar feed weekly, mites like dry conditions, increase humidity (rots eggs) and decrease temps - especially at night.

important to remember that if you have another infestation in the future you are best off using a different miticide as mites adapt their immunity very quickly.

also make sure you use a miticide that is meant for consumable plants.

For personal experence you will likely never rid yourself of these. only manage them. if you can stop for a few weeks it doesnt mean you wont get them or bring them back in.
