Stem rot? Help please (brown stem bottleneck)

So I had my first set of 1 pointers die early on, and I didn't think much of it because the plants were healthy everywhere else.

I have recently noticed a sort of.. bottleneck in my stem.

I have been watching it very closely, and it does not appear to be getting any better.

My first initial thought was oh shit my stem is going to snap right there.

So I tried to prop it up with a q-tip stem and a twisty tie, but that just pissed the plant off and it started drooping so I just took it off.

Its been getting darker and darker around this area and I'm starting to get worried.

I was really hoping this part of the stem would fatten up after the dead leaves fell off but it didn't.

Is there any way I can repair this? Or do I just have to hope my stem wont snap?

THIS WAS GROWN FROM SEED.

Has the twist tie that you have tied your plant up with got a plastic outside and a metal inner,if that is the case the metal has reacted with the plant.take the tie off and prop your plant with kabab scewers put them at a angle to each other.

Twist tie was on there for about 2-3 minutes. I don't think that is the problem, it was brownish before I tried to support it.

I will try to prop it up on both sides with some q-tip stems though to support it.

Still need to figure out what caused this and if there is a solution.

I know that this is too late now but if it was a clone always make sure that the clone's are cut under water this stops air getting trapped in the stem cut at 45degree under water out of water straight into rooting gel.EVEN THOUGH IT IS GROWING OR WAS GROWING OK I WOULD SAY IT IS A AIR MOLICUEL IN THE STEM SORRY MATE DIDN'T KNOW CAPS WERE ON.

Yea this was grown from seed.

Also, it looks like the problem is getting worse, I would really appreciate some input from someone who has had a similar problem or knows an easy fix.

Okay My plant is looking like its dying now.

Can someone please help me out here?

My other plant of the same seed stock is doing fine..

I just turned my lights off, hoping this plant will cheer up in the morning but I doubt it.

Thats impossible man, it might looks like thats the case, but this plant was grown from seed, it is 30 days old from seed.

My other plant has the exact same kind of stem bottleneck but its not brown like this, and it is about 2" taller.

I was going to put my plants into flowering today and its looking grim for this plant now.

Alright well I just chopped my plant into 2 clones and I am rooting 2 fan leaves for fun. Hopefully I will get a female from my other champion plant.
