stem leaning over too much need help

my 4 day seedling is leaning over way too much too the point were i have too re pot it and burry the stem a little so it could stand up straight.....why is it leaning over so much....my grow closet gets up too 83 decrees, i got a fan on them...please someone help..

If you'd have had the fan on them since they popped, you wouldn't be having these problems. Low light will cause stretching, but if you have a fan on them the stretched stem will still be strong enough to support the weight.
