Stealth window exhuast vent

I have seen alot of examples of this but I thought I would post my version. I am venting a 8" air duct out of a basement window. This box is built to reduce light leaks, air leaks, and reduce noise, it is not complete but close enough to show off.

For the less imaginative I suggest dryer vents. Totally expected on an exterior. Sized 4" so inline fans hook right up. A dryer sheet downstream helps mask odors passing a charcoal filter.
