stealth grow under cfl!

After about 3-4 weeks depending on strain first on the sugar leaves then on the bud . Sounds like a good plan 2 week veg then 12/12 for them . Another 2 weeks and your plant should start getting resin we should try find a local source for microscopes .

Sup! Been sick the last couple of days so I did not really feel like posting anything, was basicly sleeping most of the time anyway haha

I fed them with nutes and molasses today! Of the 400ml I gave her, about 200ml was runoff again. My mom in the cab is still going srong, her colour is changing a bit, getting lighter in the middle of the budsites as the white hairs get bigger and as they just multiply! She has not really jump in size, she's still more or less the same size. No signs of the resin yet, just more and more hairs. The germinating seeds..well I forgot about them! Haha 1 was germ'd with 4cm taproot, chucked it out, the other 3 seeds just just had a little white root showing so in a day or so I can plant them all! Some pics







And this little badboy is growing like a boss! 2 of the 3 plants in there have already started showing female pre flowers and is still just growing on sunlight. The other plant is only like 20cm and 2 budsites so its nat a major problem! Check them out, they also got some nutes today, the nitrosol is doing them good!



The soil is only about 3/4 filling the bucket and they have been lst'd kinda so they are massive!

Looks good bro . The cab plant is getting nice the can see the buds actually forming and all hairs now , can start to see some buds coming along it`s awesome . Yeh that windowsill plant is doing boss my friends outdoor just started to flower now so maybe they`ll start soon too . The nodes are still gunna shot out on the windowsill plants then they gunna be even more bushy but the sunlight will bud them good . Yup get new ones started because your indoor one should be done in another 6-8 weeks it has some realy good budsites and is close to the light lets hope those buds get huge .
I got my log in the cfl section now should check it out .

That plant is a good example of lsting going to check back here and do the same thing on my new plants . Now i see two of the windowsill plants are already female that`s epic they looking good too look forward to watching them bud .

well im just gettn back from the mountain trip what you feeding them girls? I cant turn my back for a minute they are growing so fast and healthy.. great job indeed indo..!
and as for my grow thanks, and with all the good vibes I been getting from all my RIU friends I think the root problem is fixed and im thinkn about flippn them to flower in the next few days...

Ja can't wait when the buds actually start forming! What should I look for as far as actual buds forming? I don't even know what a bud looks like when its forming haha I hope it does start budding now yes, they are getting too big, don't know what to do with them, they are killingme, its difficult to hide them when needed as its still a stealth grow, even tho they grow in my living room haha I saw you changed it, checked it out, your harvest looks nice, even though you had to take it early, it still looks oky, you can see a lot of amber hairs so it was almost time, but you had to!

As for the lst, I just checked out some pics, the info itself doesn't explain it very well but on this site I found some nice pics! But google helped a lot! Just remember to do it a while before flower as that's kinda the point, to let your plants veg while lst'd and them flower them so you have an even canopy, mine is a little uneven coz I did it a bit late, propably at the last possible moment

thanks man! been a slow few weeks but they are doing good! just liking my female in the cab more and more! as for your scrog grow, i checked it out now, its looking nice! well done on that root damage repair, they look good enough to flower, but still nothing wrong with waiting a bit right haha thanks for the input! cant wait to start my next grow, i have 3 seeds germinating that will be planted tomorrow morning, 3 skunk seeds! but that will be a new thread for a new grow

yea sometimes they get off to a slow start dont they..? but all is well now so just keep doing what your doing and she will be huge befor you know it. And I just made up my mind to start flower tomorrow. Im scared if I wait too much longer I will just be creating another problem that I dont need right now.. Also I havnt seen any good skunk weed in years, thats a grow I would love to see..

I wouldnt know, never seen it happen, but I. Just learnt that yes, sometimes they do get off to a slow start haha good call on your grow to flip to flower! You have a bog grow, so would like to see what that looks like in full flower. Never scrog'ed or sog'ed in my life, will maybe givre it a try, with cfl it propably works well because of the crappy penetration? Well this I'm growing here is also a type of skunk supposed to be..the funny thing is that this is from exactly the same strain as the other. Bushy male plant I just pulled but they look completely different haha I got the 2 seeds from the same head

When they start budding it gets loads of those pre-flower looking things . Think they called calyxes they look like little horns they start to form at any internode spacing on the plant . If you grew both plants from the same bud they`ll be the same strain it`ll be the same strain it`s probably some hybrid the other plant didn`t look like any landrace I`ve grown . It could be anything from skunk 1 , Afghani although this one looks a little sativa , cali orange and superskunk all are grown bulk here . I`m going to try and get away on lsting with the few 12/12 from seeds plants i got now but i don`t know they already starting to reach for the light . Beginning of budding is mostly just hairs though so hang in there . I`m sure this one`s buds are gunna get massive no drooping leaves so plant is handling the environment and has got a whole 190 watts to itself .

I think you're talking about Stipules, Calyxes are different. People refer to Stipules as "Horns" sometimes and they grow when the plant is maturing and is the first sign of preflowering but difficult to tell sex from stipules. The Calyx is the female sex organ of the cannabis plant that grows out the hairs(pistils) and then swells up and the hairs(pistils) will recede into the calyxes as they reach full maturity. producing the fat sticky buds we love.

Haha nice, thanks for the info, I just look for the little hairs to form then it is a female, unless there are balls aswell, that's how I just look at it..but then again, I have had it easy so far, NO problems really, so in the future I will propably have to read about all of these things like nute burns and so, coz it can happen very easy! Planted the seeds today, they germinated! Will start another thread for that grow as soon as they sprout! And still just more and more hairs so for on the female in the cab, don't know what should happen next, but as soon as I see anything new happen, I will update!

awe I checked out the thread, looks pretty cool! I just replied there, will be entering tonight. Adding 3 small sprouted guys to the cab won't affect my bigger female will it? Like causing her to absorb less light coz they also need some? She has about 6 weeks left atleast flowering, been going for almost 3 weeks under 12/12

It probably will absorb light but it will take a lot less light than your main plant and by the time its flowering your other one might be done. how many watts are you running again?

Sup check Reppins grow to see what can be done in those small pots . I dont think it`ll affect your plants will be using mainly supplementary lighting to grow and when your current female is done you`ll have others to replace here without the whole 30 -45 days of vegging . I`m keen to see what people do and how all the techniques work under 12/12 .

Sup RIU! First update in a week, been a bit busy so my thread stood still for a cupl of days! But anyway, I have reached week 3 of flowering with my girl in the cab! She STILL has only stretched about 1cm in the last 3 weeks, but her buds are coming along nicely! The white hairs have taken over completely now, the hairs growing from the lower nodes have started to grow into some of the upper nodes so that looks pretty cool, I guess that will give me longer buds then hey?

Then when I look at the budsites from the top, it looks like someone sprinkled some babypowder or something over them, its a white color on the little leaves in between all the hairs, actually just saw it when I took these photos. Is that the resin you were talking about that should start forming? To me it looks like the crystals you get from a good bud?

Just some questions: when will she start giving off a smell? As far as I know she is a skunk strain, although I have no idea what kind of skunk.

I have been giving her water every 3 days, about 400ml purified water with molasses, then 3days later about 400ml purified water with nutes and molasses and so the patern goes on. My question is that should I give her more water now that she's flowering? I read a lot that she will need more water when she's flowering but I'm giving her a lot at 1 time? And is this right when I water, nutes, water, nutes? She is responding well with no nute burns and producing lots of hairs?

I will be watering her in a while, that will give her about 6hours to soak up some water before her dark period.

These girls are not part of this grow, but I like to show them off haha still only sure that 2 of the 3 are females, the 3de one I can't see coz it has not started to show any sign of sex yet, the other 2 bigger ones have started to throw hairs everywhere, think they will start flowering soon as this is still pre flower. Its almost spring, about 2 more weeks then it will start so they should flower then right? Seeing that they are growing off sunlight only! I just covered the window that she can receive light from from the back when my lights are on in my livingroom, she can't get any light from the from so then she's in her dark period!

Been waiting for an update on this looking dank . Too your question it`s epic growth for a week the bud is starting to from and looks kind of compact and all your fans still look perfect this for 67 days of growth is quite good dude . The windowsill ones look good they gunna get bigger lol swazi packs on the height in flowering so let`s hope they kick into proper flowering soon still that seedless swazi will be some serious headstash and should yield a good number of ounces . I got some 85 watters for R40 a pop at China town like a chinese market lol very cheap though other places was R160 -R280 . Also at game they have cool 3 kg max digital scales for like R120 want to get that soon and weigh my last harvest anyways peace bro nice one on the comp entry .
