Stealth Drawers

I have a set of draws 15 inch deep, 28 inch wide and 32 inch high, would this be ok for growing 2 plants in?

I have a 400watt lumatec ballast and bulb and will buy a 5 inch cool tube and an rvk fan for extraction that is 175m3 P/H. Would this be ok or do i really need to build a bigger set of drawers?
