Stealth Cab Grow

How can I average .25 per watt?
Use less than 25 watts of light per sq. ft. :)

You should be fine, I have seen 1+ gpw grows with Cfl's, so yield certainly isn't impossible. I bet if you follow along with what most people are doing here, you can average .5 gpw. Gauntlet thrown....:peace:

Okay cool. Thanks a lot man. I'm planning on scrogging.
I've grown before just not in a cab. I'm gonna use foxfarm nutes for veg and flower. How much yield would you think I can get if I have 150-200 watts in my cab? Planning on putting cfls on the bottom to get more yield instead of lollipoping my plant?

Hey nice start, keep an eye on my stealth cab grow, I'm a bit ahead of your with 2 55w and 1 65w cfl doing LST managed to get 5 tops so far, I'll let you know my eventual yield.

I think it's more to do with how long u can manage to veg it and still have flowering space.

I plan on scrogging at 15". And topping. I have 7 seeds that I germinated just yesterday and today they were showing long white tails. I'm gonna pick the best 3/7 to grow inside my next grow box that is in the process of making right now. And I've been reading your thread for a while already. Trying to learn still.

Just a little update.

Experiencing some problems here. I've looked for the forum for problems but the pics can't be shown. Can anyone help me out?

Look into LST , low stress training , which will allow you to veg longer and get more tops and increase your yeild . Try to get as many cfl watts in there as you can while keeping optimal temps.

Enjoy your new hobby , I am.
Nice man ... im new to this and have built a fridge setup.. i found using glass shelves and existing slots,I could box of light area then ducted that area. I run 400 w hps and had temps of 45degrees celcius.. after doing the shelf thing it dropped 20 degrees!!

I havent gave any nutes yet. But my soil that i am using says it feeds plants for up to 6 months.
Should i change my soil to one that has no fertilizer?
Flushing is a good idea, but can set you back. Sometimes potting soil can be a little "hot" maybe even too hot for seedlings, but just fine for veg and even into flowering. This was a common complaint of things like Fox Farm back in the day. Flushing can help water down the nitrate, but it can wash out other things too like cal and mag.

If you have been watering on a regular basis and not adding nutes. One step is to consider flushing but 1st what is the water situation like? Tap? Well? Rain? Chlorine added......Hard water? [Alkaline water may be causing a touch of lock out in conjunction.]

Also, if you have been watering regularly or more frequently than needed, a little Epsom salt in water [1/2 teasoon to start/gallon] isn't a bad idea either. Sometimes we overwater a tad and mag is the 1st thing to be dissolve in run off.

Temp and humidity? are they out of wack?

Looking again at the 2nd pic, it looks like they could use some N. Older leaves that are pale...... is a dead give away.

Otherwise, the one in the biggest pot, looks nice and healthy and the others aren't far behind.

They are looking healthy now. I think it was just the nutes that burned the young seedlings. These plants are 3 weeks apart, the younger ones have been in veg for only a week.
