No he was against at least in the beginning. It is not looking good in OR, which is odd, I would have expected those hippies to be the first.

This is like a probationary hearing to see if people can deal with MJ. If they pass the test and don't mess up I can see the state giving the rights to the citizens.

This is kind of how the Medical Laws started. A few tests States to get the legal crap sorted out, now we have 18 with more coming.
