I dont think so. If seed banks can send it intercontinental where theres more security. It should be easier to send state to state where its more relaxed.

dont put a return address and they wont track it back to you, hide em in somthing and ship it dont just put seeds in an envolope and expect it to get through

No, not so risky EXCEPT that some pieces of mail get put through something that has the ability to turn good seeds into a perfect mush. :evil: Protect accordingly.

Yeah I sent some seeds to my brother in law a few months ago in a card, and he called me the day it came in the mail to let me know that they were puree. What I then did was sent him a copy of a CD and put the seeds in the case. That worked perfectly.

This would be the quickest way to attract attention. The post office won't accept packages without a return address.

US Postal State to State is very safe if you are not an idiot about it. It requires a federal warrant for the post office to open or search domestic mail so small shipments with a valid return address are nearly bullet proof. FedEx and UPS are much riskier since they can open anything they take possesion of, and they DO cooperate with the authorities.
