Starting my Veg\Cloner tent , need help on strain picking.. (Indoor , Super Soil)

Luckily enough for me I have my prop 215 card and do not have to order online to access the famous seed companys strains..
Harborside has just about everything I could ask for from TGA, to GGG ...

I am having trouble picking out my seeds , I was thinking about going with all feminized seeds because I dont have money to waste on a bunch of duds and males...
The strains I was having a hard time picking as I can only pick were...

I want one OG strain, and one GDP\PURP strain .. these are the ones I was having trouble picking from. Im looking for good weight and resin production under indoor
HPS lighting, most likely will be in a home made TGA super soil mix for flower .

Im also having trouble picking out my starting soil? what soil should I start my seeds in if I plan on transplanting to Super Soil?
