Starting grow log need help with seedlings

Hey guys, just germinated another 15 seeds in rapid rooters, and placed in humidity dome. When they sprout above the surface of the rapid rooter should I add light over the dome? Or add light and remove the dome?

Personal experiance take the dome off and add light. Had no problems.

I always keep the light on during the germination and no problems so far
My advice is just take care about when you switch for the flower time your ligths just look first for pre flowers usually from seeds take 2 extras week for that!! otherwise u gonna waist time in the flowering photo period man!!

Thx for the help, but should the light go above the dome? I have a 250hps, how far above the dome?
