Starting from seed on 12/12 light cycle

hey, i was wondering, if i started some seeds under 12/12 light cycle, if i cud take them out to put outdoors, or wud i fuck it all up...
Can someone let me know the outcomes...

you should use the search feature or buy a grow book. but anyway if you start it at a 12/12 light cycle from seed it will start flowering immediately. when you go to take it outside, it will go back to the vegetative state and stress your plant because outside light is going for like14 hours or so, at least around me.
