hey guys! Okay I've done a few runs w tents but now I want too upgrade to a whole room.

The dimensions are 13 x 9 with a 6.8" ceiling. IM allowed up too 36 ladies legally. How many can I fit.. And how many 1000w lights ? This is a investment so I'm willing to spend reasonably.

Your ceiling height will be your biggest problem in my opinion. You're going to have to have air cooled hoods regardless or else you'll torch your plants with double ended lights. I would do 6-8 total lights. 2 rows of 3-4. You'll need a good AC unit in addition to keep the room cooled.

Sounds good, if I run a total of 8 1000w how many ladies can I do comfortably and still max the yields. Most likely aiming for soil

Shoot for 9 per light gives the ladies optimal space. As far as yield goes its totally dependent on way to many factors such as growing level, temps, nutrients, strain, etc... Aim for 1 pound per light and you have the possibility to get to 2 pounds per light once you get a strain, nutrient formula, and room dialed in and perfected.

Is 8 1000w lights to much for that size room? Anyone know where i can get good prices since i need so many. Thanks buds

Okay so there is a lot I would change out here. First off that mini split is a pile of shit and is NOT nearly what you'll need to cool 6-8 lights.
Go with something at least 18,000BTU since you'll be air-cooling your lights as well as intake and exhausting air in and out of your room but that even might be cutting it close there. I have one of these mini-splits and love them: http://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-Conditioner-Dehumidification-Ventilation-Installation/dp/B00D9ZQFIO/ref=dp_ob_title_home

Youll need a way more powerful inline fan something 10" for sure I recommend: http://www.amazon.com/Hyper-Fan-10-Inline-Controller/dp/B00IXW84Z0/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1433187431&sr=8-4&keywords=hyper+fan+fan very efficient and quiet.

Next your lights: I personally am not a fan of the apollo cool tubes I would recommend a very large air-cooled hood like a sun system brand and then a digital ballast like the galaxy's 1000 watt dim-able ballasts. Make sure you get the 240v ballasts and lights or else you're going to be kicking the shit out of yourself when your electricity bill comes. Also before you buy your lights look at the amps that they pull, you'll want the lowest amperage you can get.

Clones: You're overpaying for clones if you're in any medical state should be $7-$10 a pop. You should buy a mother and clone yourself if you have 2 weeks before your room is finished. Also you're going to want way more than 25 plants (more like 50) unless you're growing larger plants.

Something you forgot is a lighting controller: http://www.amazon.com/Titan-Controls-702676-Controller-240-volt/dp/B004JKBIHQ/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1433188302&sr=8-4&keywords=titan+helios You're going to need one of these or else you'll burn your house down. Seriously this is very important do not even power up more than 2 lights in your house without one of these lighting controllers.

Your nutrients rock. I love their brand and what they believe in.

You will also need a couple oscillating fans too. A way to water your ladies will also be needed. Automatic irrigation and a res is really nice to have if you ever want to leave them for more than 2-3 days.

Any more questions feel free to ask. And please take the advice given it'll save you a ton of money in the long run and allow you to trust your room isn't going to light up in flames or break down on you leaving you with dead plants.

Thanks!!! It was a quick rough draft. Is 8 too much for a 12x9 room? And I'm supplying my own clones, I just got my hands on some GG#4 ;) thanks I'll post an update!

If you have a 24,000 btu mini split with the air cooled hoods should should manage just fine. 8 lights is the perfect amount for that room. But know your electricity bill is going to be at least $1000 a month if you're anywhere in so cal.
