Check out this site : http://www.safeaccessnow.org/

Americans for Safe Access - is a group advocating for medical marijuana. Look around the site, they have a lot of information, also a sample Collective Agreement.

Good Luck :joint::peace:

Hempgard University will teach you how to start a medical marijuana dispensary, as well as three other types of medical marijuana businesses through their online e-course -- a medical marijuana dispensary, an edibles business, a delivery service, and a commercial grow collective.

They developed the e-course specifically for people who want medical marijuana business training but can't afford to go or don't have the time to go to a seminar. You can study at home.

They offer e-courses for California, Colorado, Montana, Washington and a Universal e-course (for states with MMJ legislation pending). Check out Hempgard University at:

No meat on the website, $129 , for what, it doesn't really explain what you are paying for. :bigjoint:

Hi! First post :)

no offense but to be honest it doesn't sound like you're serious enough to go through all the hassle. it takes a lot of time, effort, and money to start a mmj business... not to mention the legal risks. if you are really serious then....

1) learn the medical marijuana laws in your state really well... then you'll want to put a lawyer that specializes in medical marijuana on speed dial.

2) do a lot of research and write out exactly how you plan to accomplish each step. the more detailed the better. you can even hire a medical marijuana business planning consultant to write your business plan for you.

3) find an investor (sorry, not link for this one - good luck).

4) apply for a dispensary license in your state. usually the application isn't cheap, which is why you need the investor. the investor wont give you money unless you can show them a detailed plan, which is why you need the business plan. if you do get a license the feds still might come knocking on your door, which is why you need the attorney. like I said, its not as easy as it might seem.

Best wishes!
