started flowering, root bound?

So this is my first micro/tote grow, and so far has gone pretty well.
As you can see from the pics, my plant seems to have reached its root capacity. I did not expect there to be such a foundation for such a small plant, which has created a problem as upgrading to a larger pot isn't really an option due to my small grow space.

I am in day 3 of flower and have seen roots emerge from the drainage holes, is this pretty much root bound?

As i cannot really upsize pots, i am wondering if... or how much... this will affect my final yield?

Can i complete the process as is? presuming root growth will slow soon?

Thanks :)

Maybe re-potting it into an air pot? There may be other solutions I'm a first timer myself. I'm personally looking into a diy air pot but not for a few days!

What size is your pot? And just one plant in there?

Either way it looks good and I don't think you should be concerned about the pot size. You do much research on pruning? I think now would be the time.

Pots 290mm wide, with just the one plant, been LST'd.

Okay, i think it should be alright to. I will look into pruning abit more!

Thanks for the input :)
