Have you reused the soil from previous grow? Or reuse the solo cups from previous grow?
I reuse the solo cups but I wash them with soap and hot water. Is that bad?

I'm just asking some additional questions that haven't been asked yet. The first response on thread is probably heading in the right direction. Cleaning your used pots/cups is a good move though. Soap and water probably wont eradicate the ick that's possibly lurking completely though. Pathogens are just guesses without having stuff analyzed in a lab though. I'm leaning on a fusarium stem canker.
So I should probably discard these plants and start new?

Not bad - good grower protocol. You should get accustomed to “ cleaning “ after grow runs.
I reuse solos by washing in sink stopped soapy water and bleach or hydrogen peroxide.
Fabric bags are washed in a pillow case .
Tent gets bleach / water wipe down and lysol sprayed. Sometimes i do a preventative insect spray under drip pans and vent areas.
Always good practice.

water the cups by weight not scheduled routine, pick them up.
if they feel light, water them.
if they feel light, water them.
1. A fan doesn't need to blow of them. They are too young.
2. Foxfarm sucks
3. It will bounce back you don't need to repot or transplant right now. Leave it be. The weed gods are telling you to train this plant.
4. Fox farm sucks.
5. Use something else besides foxfarm.
6. If you have a humidity dome or a cloning dome put it in there and leave it alone for a few days and leave her be.
7. Seriously FF sucks

Those need an up pot and bury some of the stem so its not so floppy. In the future get the light closer so internodal spacing is reduced and its not stretching for light.
