This is what I think should happen...Adults signed over to a dispensary should be given back the remaining mmj that the patient has not bought...say you have a 6 plant count and the turn around in say 60 ounces every say 3 months...I don't go through 2 lbs every 3 months...so ...the dispensary should keep tabs on how much you have bought and give back the difference. this is where the shop owners and Workers make out big
