Sprouts and Thunderstorms

This is my second grow...I just literally put in my last germinated seed this afternoon ....One got a head start and its a sprout at best but with its true leaves showing.I noticed that another sprouted above the surface this morning..I have only planted a total of 4 germed and 2 late seeds total.. Anyway, its raining here pretty heavily and should last about another day or so, and I was wondering if the heavy rain will fuck up my crop before they all come up?

I would definitely cover them with something
just leave a few holes for air in the tops and sides of whatever you cover them with and make sure they don't completely dry out (unlikely with all the rain)
