I brew my tea in two steps. First i brew Compost, Earth Worm castings, Humus, Garden soil, And Vital Earths Glacial Rock, and a little Molasses for 12 hours. Then add my Kelp and Fish Hydrolysate and continue brewing for another 1-3 hours.

My question is do i want to spray when i have the tea of just compost, castings, humus etc./ or do i want to spray after the complete process. Thx for any advice

I've never used fish hydrosolate, but kelp is great as a foliar. I don't know if I'd want the fish hydrosolate on my leaves...but it's probably fine. Are you using anything to strain the tea before applying it as a foliar? If you are I say finish the tea and go for it.
