Spindley seedling..

Completely forgot about one of my cups (left it on a shelf), so now the seedling is kind of spindley (which i hate and always try to avoid). It can still manage to stand on its own, but it's taller than usual.

If i burry it deeper in the soil, will it develop roots from the still fresh stem? (it's only like 2 days old). I think i've read that you can do that but im not sure.

i have done it within a week of them sprouting and was very careful and had no problems. good luck!
