Spider mites, real damage or not?

I got mites, Iv had them for 8 weeks and did nothing because a friend was going to help and never showed,

Its not bad, but lots of little white dots or am I missing something?
Is it dots or is the plant getting sucked to death?

I know its late and all and just starting to bud. (Outside big plants) so plenty of time to wash the neem out for me, about 2 months.

Is it any big deal? Its just little white dots or whats going on?

Im hitting it with neem now, Just going to neem it, Iv never neemed, its a worrying thing for a total beginner.

problem with that is it just starting to bud. u really dont wanna let any chemical get on the bud so it's a lil late now for neem oil cuz u gotta spray all over the plant.

Wont it wash out with 8 weeks left? (Outside) with beginning stages of bud like pinkie finger nail size.

I say go for it until 3-4 weeks prior to harvest. You will need to be on the look out for bud mold since your putting moisture on the buds. Spray and then "shake" them to knock off extra spray.
I don't do outdoors but have also read that after a rain, you should go and shake the plants to knock the rain out of the buds. That helps prevent mold.

Being outdoors, you will never be 100% bug free. Buy or collect ladybugs and put them on your plants. They like to eat mites.

Just hired a consultant in the area and he said no damage really and its normal.
He said I have ~MONTHS~ to go and will have no but smell.
He said azatroll what ever near the last 2 weeks but so far Im in the good.

spider mites suck the fluids and nutrients out of the leaves, if you have mites then your finished product will be smaller and less potent.

^Exactly. Each one of those spots are tiny holes, and the number will continue to rise. Either the plant will end up dying, or it'll be stunted, as mentioned. I'd be hitting them with both neem and azatrol,(spelling?) if I were you.lol :)

Yeah, whatever you use will wash out, that's why you need to reapply every 2 weeks or as directed. But like any other consumable plant, you have to read the directions about applying pesticides 2-3 weeks before harvest. As for not worrying about mites...that's interesting advice.

Dont spray with sulfur insecticide. And for god sake if you do dont put them under the lights untill youve rinsed the solution off.

Like i did.

Bad.. Bad times...

Another problem with the mites is that each one of the little "holes" that they make is a possible entry point for other deseases.

I dont know what the fuck your consultant was telling you but i hope you didnt pay money for that shitty info. Mites single handedly almost fucked my First Grow i saw the white spots and thought i recognized them but didnt do anything about it till about 3 weeks till harvest. They killed a majority of my big leafs which was a pain in the ass to chop and im sure my plants arent as potent as they could have been. At the end of the day do what you feel but i think that was shitty info

yeah, the tech said I had mites but also said I have no real damage,
Just mites and kill them and then kill them again in a few weeks.

Hell, I even sprayed some Neem on my nagging old nail fungus, Its supposed to kill mold so worth a shot!
