Spider mites? Mn def?? leaf curling?

Hi.

can't quite work this one out. The whole plant is covered with tiny yellow spots. other plants in grow room are ok. Also, the leaf tips are turning up.

I've read that Mn deficency causes spots, but it does also look like spider mites, though i can't see anything with naked eye.

What is best remedy for spider mites? Is chemical control bad?

did u check for mites on the leaves ?

Spider mites, and you have them BAD! If those were my plants, I'd throw them away as the mites are REALLY going to affect your yield and potency. If you want to fight them, get the DoctorDoom fogger to kill all the living mites. Then treat weekly with Take Down garden spray. Good luck!

I pulled off a leaf and had a real close look. There is definitely some kind of bug, but it looks more yellow/green in colour. Aren't spider mites black/red??

do see any spider wed on your leaves?

prevention is the best cure for bugs!

get rid of the pests before you get rid of the plants, even if they mite suck

not all of them are black and red...either way you need to MOVE!!!! or you'll loose it all. git crackin!!! spaying with a 50/50 mix of iso alcohol and water will kill all the live ones, but you'll need to repeat and preferably switch it up with neem or pyrethrins or nicotine spray every 4-5 days. good luck....AND HURRY!!!!

Yeah, there is a small web on the leaves.
Going to get cracking tomorrow, and go to hydro shop. They have some spidermite control.
I can't buy iso alcohol in UK, it's prescription only. Would methylated spirit do the same?? Any UK growers use anything available from supermarket??

This has been a shitty day. Also found one of my 5 plants is probably a hermie.

So, today i bought some methylated spirits. i couldn't get iso alcohol, but meths is closest equivilent i think. I chopped off lots of the lower badly infected leaves, and painstakingly sponged all other leaves (top and bottom) with a sponge soaked with meths. I left it for 20mins then misted everything with clean water.

Just gone to check them now, seems i got quite alot of survivors!

I bought some nite nite spider mite, made by hydrogarden. I've thoroughly misted/soaked all my plants with this stuff, above and below. I'm unsure whether this stuff will do the trick, because it says it is a "repellant" not a "killer"

My main problem is dry heat. My grow room is really dry. I have a 5" extractor fan which is on for 18hrs to keep temps down. I really need to bring the humidity up, but i'm struggling for ideas.

I'm eagerly awaiting to see whther my nite nite spidermite has had an effect by tomorrow morning.
