Speaker Grow Box Idea

I'm in need of a grow box to hold a mother plant and that can also be used for cloning. I'm not super worried about stealth but I'd still rather have it disguised... Basicly this is my idea... Will the be big enough for my plans? Keep in mind I don't plan on ever flowering plants in here



Specs:
2'x2'x5'
Divided into 2 2'6" compartments
Mother will have 2 48w cfls in there own clamp on reflector
Still unsure of clone light setup
2 computer fans with passive intakes (not show)

The lighting seems feasible. That "some type of florescent" could maybe be a T5 HO but the shortest Ive seen is a 2 foot light and your cab is 2 feet so even if the light fits in it will be a real pain to adjust or really do anything with. I dont know much about ventilation.
