Me again here to pick your brains.

So I'm running out of space in my room. Both vertically and on the ground.
So I figure the weakest plant has to go
Besides that I am wondering how to stop my plants growing so tall.
So there's tying them down which is on the cards once I have removed the runt. Giving her till tomorrow to prove a point.
Is there any other way I can keep em low?
Also I have taken out my 6400k bulb as they are flowering and I figure it's using up electricity and doesn't need to be there. I replaced it with a 11watt 2700k. Is that the best option for me?
