I was kind of expecting down town san diego to be a little bit more built up and have better shopping. Now that you've explained LA to me I'm really excited...will be like nyc but warmer...lol. I'm not so much looking for friendly people...just places to buy nice clothes, expensive tasty dinners and lots of people.
Inland Empire is about as far away from that as you can get. :) The thing about So Cal, all of so cal, is that there are pockets of everything everywhere. You can find shallow plastic people in SD just as you can find them in LA. There are some seriously ritzy areas of SD, like La Jolla, Mission Hills, and some of the beach areas. There are also inland redneck places like Lakeside, and Santee.

Orange County has some seriously fancy schmancy places by the beaches. Newport, Laguna, Dana Point... all full of $$$ (mostly) Then again there is also Santa Ana. Heh heh. Anyway, you get my drift.

I was born and raised in the LA area. My wife is from San Diego. Hope you find what you're looking for.

Can't disagree with ya there....I sometimes head out there for new clones when my area seems to be lacking in real dank bud...and still till this day I've yet to smoke anything on the same level as this r2d2 I got from "good people" in la puente...they have since closed down but probably open under a new name...

Yeah man I just like shopping...and san diego didn't seem to have much to offer in the way of that. Luckily my favorite clothing store in NYC also has a location in LA.

Yeah I picked up some clones last night and getting them into the tent to start vegging while i finish my flower room and figure out what i'm going to do with the spare bedroom for veg/clone area. These little clones will outgrow my 4X4 tent in a few weeks but wont be ready for the flower room yet.

This is a message for our SoCal members:

Dear Community,

Many of you are aware of the recent tragic events related to UC San
Diego student Daniel Chong. For those who do not know the story,
Mr. Chong was detained by DEA agents for five days without food and
water following a raid at a 4/20 celebration.

In response to this outrageous action by DEA agents, San Diego
NORML, along with other local groups and activists, will be holding
a protest this Monday, May 7, at 4:20 p.m. at the San Diego DEA
office. The address of the office is 4560 Viewridge Avenue, San
Diego, CA 92123.

Please come to show your support for Daniel Chong, and to condemn
recent actions taken by DEA agents and the federal government. Feel
free to bring a sign, banner, megaphone, or anything else that will
help publicize our message. We hope to see you all there!

First, it's Oakland cops cracking a war vet's skull with a CS canister during a protest. Now it's DEA agents "forgetting" about a person for 4 days in a locked cell. Seriously, what ever happened to law enforcement being about protecting people? I wouldn't forget I had a stray dog in my basement for half a day. How the fuck do you lose a person...

Believe me, our FBI and DEA torture American citizens every day! Law enforcement actually justifies their lying and deceit as part of doing their job, and that's the biggest part of their corruption. They earn the nickname Pigs.

Please come out and do some yelling.

This is totally true man...I wish I could hop a bus down there :( this type of thing is just too sad, they treat peaceful potheads like heroin junkies or crack heads or something and even then every single one of us is still human and deserves some decency right? I mean they just took rights and threw them out the window.....just like others cases we know.... It's tragic :(

Sunset Cliffs Surf? of course and it is the only safe 420 haven in the city, minus SP/Golden HIll, maybe North Park -smoke on your porch no one looks twice; the entertainment can't be beat lol, if you like people watching and oh, the AZ is a must! and Winstons for a live band, what'd I miss? It's been a few, hope it's the same?!bongsmilie
