When I first got the source orb 3 I was impressed and giddy I had an awesome new toy finally (I thought) we have updated atomizers and the technology has finally come around ( I owned the first pens when they came out and they sucked like the atmos raw, original g pen they really sucked but it was cool cuz it was new and I knew just like any technology eventually they are gonna get this right and I THOUGHT thats what happened when I received my Source Orb 3.
Well it worked great for the first couple days, they claim that it will hold half a gram there is no way in sam hell that you can put a half a gram in this thing, you put .1 in there and its so much that it bubbles and overflows over the edges of the atmoizer thats why it has that dildo like egg shape theres a little catch where the oil bubbles over into that you gotta clean out (wasted product) the pen will not work unless the battery you are using on it has a FULL charge if you try to vape without a FULL charge your bho will bubble up and form a dome as you see in the pics and then your heating element is too far away from the concentrate to burn it and you can literally burn out the entire battery hitting it cycle after cycle and it dont have the power to get that dome melted and atomized its quite frustrating more than anything this pen. Speaking of the charger as you will see in the pics it has a design flaw where if the cord was JUST AN INCH longer it would keep it from pulling the thing outta the socket partially exposing the prongs (fire hazard) so I had to get out an extension cord just to plug the thing in so I could have it sitting on the ground where the battery wasnt pulling down on the plug.
It does give a good flavor hit but what for a week then its onto the problems? the threaded part on top of the battery that screws onto your various attachments is not sealed onto the actual tube the battery is in so as you can see in the pics the threads came off the battery exposing the wires this happened three or four times till the wires actually broke, I even bought a higher capacity aftermarket battery and still wont work unless FULLY charged. lets see what else the latest development that made me contact them is the charger stopped working, even with clean terminals the charger light just stays green so now its completley inoperable after spending $150 extremely frustrating and aggravating so I contacted them and they said oh yeah just send us pics and we will get you a replacement, so I take the time outta my busy day to take pics of this stupid fcking thing and send them to them and THEN this is what they say (after they got what they wanted from me)
