I'm really not sure... I didn't order based on this -> cc isn't an option. if you look at some recent threads there, you will see a lot of people still waiting for orders dating back months ago. dude don't even respond back, but is quick to give you payment info.
they always make up some kind of excuse as to why he chooses not to answer copious request in regards to their orders. my favorite would be he's having family issues. who doesn't have everyday issues, and if that was the case why would you take anyone's money than put them on hold because of your issues? sounds very fishy to me. maybe issues have been resolved? idk... all I know is they have some names in stock that the tude doesn't and some of their prices are better. As soon as I hear that they are legit I'm probably gonna put in an order
