It's around in clone form....but held tight like dude said above.

I'm from the NYC area and rarely run across the real deal anymore....I think 2013 was the last time....I know it still exists, but DEFINITELY not in seed form.

I totally agree with you, im from NYC aswell and i have tried both ECSD and SD and i totally agree with your statement. I too have smoked the real deal ECSD and let me tell you something, NOTHING COMES CLOSE! I to this day, have not smoked anything even remotely as powerful soaring, euphoric, happy, high like the real deal ECSD. Iv smoked plenty of SD but nothing has ever hit me as hard as the Real ECSD. Literally NOTHING! Its impossible now and days to find it here and who ever does have it is holding it close to themselves. I remember the stench and how strong the smell would reek through a dime baggy back in the day. Man if i had known that it would be so difficult to find it now i woulda saved every single damn seed i could find from back in the day, which was usually never lol. I too dont think JJ has the real deal ECSD. I never personally tried his sour diesel, although i am holding his sour d f4, sd x a5 haze, sd x rks and do plan in the future to pop these and experiment, from what i have seen on his instagram page, his diesel looks nothing like the real old-school ECSD. I am also holding shoreline ecsd, greenthumbs ecsd, dna ecsd, and a bunch of different crosses of the ecsd and sd. im probably going to also get canna ventures version of it as well, but honestly from all the different pictures that iv seen of the diesels besides maybe Greenthumbs ecsd, none of them remotely look close to the real thing. Dr greenthumbs is the only one that actually resembles it and possible cannaventure. Im also holding headbanger , sowah, and sdbx2 from karma, i got also piffcoasts version, as well as katsu's sd crossed with stone farms version of the sour d. It has really been a mission and a goal of my life to eventually get the real ECSD. People dont believe me when i tell them that ECSD is hands down the most potent and powerful strain I have ever tried, in my book there is nothing that ever took me to a different galaxy like the ECSD. I was arguing with someone on some forum or it was instagram and someone made the claim that REZ renamed the sd to ECSD. to distinguish it from SD. I have seen others argue the same thing. Reguardless if this is true, then that diesel is the strongest diesel of them all. I personally have smoked the ECSD back in NYC in 2007 to 2009 and from that point on its been hopeless. There have been a few good SD out there but nothing like the ECSD. NOTHING!

I also was on a personal mission to find sour diesel, I used to pick it up in the early 2000's and I feel the same way you described it.....

I found a pheno that was a joints worth couple inches tall grown in my aquaponics that I bred from cali connection just a random from my bag seed... Anyhow it was the closest one I found....

My last ecsd from greethumb is growing and topped, it grew really slow as a seedling...I grew all the greenthumb phenos so far every seed in the pack, so far no early 2000's sd :(

Im really hoping this last one is a hit, youll see it here when its time

I have a huge bag of thousands of seeds i made from cali connection ecsd back in 2010, I might pheno hunt it.....

I know this is old but fuck Swerve lol if you want real Chem just go with Lucky Dog Seeds, Skunk VA's . Got his Chem Brand going, it's nasty. One must know the politics of the game to get the right genetics. Deal with reputable breeders only.

Got a few other SD seeds as well from a few others and a few cuts over at my buddy's house...we are looking for the best sour d or representation...oh and Shoreline will definitely get a look through as well as I understand it's worth it.

He also has one called Double Dose Diesel which is Original Diesel x Sour Diesel. But is sold out.

The Male comes from Stone Farms and is a previously unreleased Male from 2008. Said to be the best SD male ever found. Same Male is used on the Sour Diesel IBL.

Good to know!but his original sour Diesel his the real thing for me!i poped 4 and 3 was afgan and 1 sour D wonder!and the other best is sour power OG!i tried headbanger, rez,east coast sour D...i think the diesel from Cali conect and hortilab are very identical and different maybe west coast sour D?
