Sooty mold - does it harm buds?

Alright, so i have this beautiful bagseed grow that is finishing in a week or so, could be less.

i started noticing sooty mold on it, and i already knew i was having problems with aphids and sprayed neem like 2 weeks ago, since then i was too afraid to spray again cus its supposedly not very good to spray plants 2 weeks prior to harvest.

thing is, the fuckers disappeared for a week then came back and lots of leaves are covered with sooty mold. lots of leaves.

as stated, i want to chop soon, but this shitty mold is scaring me, i don't want it to hurt the buds.

there isn't much info regarding this type of mold, but it is known to be caused by honeydew aphids. now as to my understanding they won't hurt fruits/buds and only leaves, actually, it doesn't even harm the plant itself or causing mild shock at most.

i just need someone that have had these symptoms before and left the plant to bud and it came out fine. i don't want to preharvest after spending so much time and energy, but i also don't want to lose parts of this beauty so if i do have to chop, i'll chop.

should i spray something? leave it that way? chop?

Same problem here sort of. I preharvested some branches as I had to make the plant shorter, so I took branches off the top. Saw one bud with some mold but in general all was good. Bow there is white looking stuff that is appearing on the main trunck and many sections have dusty, gray areas. I've found little seeds in these areas, so I'm wondering if my female is turning hermaphrodidic, also could be shock, but today I found a little green worm in one of these areas. What should I do, what are my options. PLEASE HELP ASAP!
