Something to be worried about?

This is about 5 days after my first mainlining cut and the 2 fan leaves left on from the original cut are forming some spotting.

The new stuff looks good to me so far, should I be concerned?

under a pair of CMX22 Gen 3 (but the pic was under my shop room florescent lights).

generic (no time release) potting soil, compost, worm casting and vermiculite mixed with it.

Pic is of Special Kush #1.

Forgot to mention, she's being fed a 3-1-2 organic. It's been 1 day since watering with PH6.5(no nutes) and 4 days before that she got 1/4 recommended feeding @6.5PH (was about 200PPM).

Looks ok to me, I couldn't see the spotting until I zoomed in. Probably wants cal/mag. I'd mix some lime into soil at next transplant, maybe some oyster shells. Just do so in calculated amounts so you don't overdo it. I'd supplement until then if your water is soft.

My water is about 50PPM. It runs through a double carbon filtration system before entering the house piping.
