thats a MAJOR issue with the PH. probably the soda didn't broke properly when you mixed it in the water.
give it a good good flush with tap water.

Its most likely something with your watering so flushing is the way to "go back".

Its fine to be in the 5.8-7.3ph zone in soil, it won't kill your plant. Don't overdo it

When you'r flushing, do it in the bath \ sink with room temp. water and flush it for 5 minutes straight.
Then tilt it to the side and let it stand in an angle (using a brick or something) to let excess water drain. Let it drain as well as possible.

Then DO NOT WATER until its really dry (the pot will be really light)

Yea, the baking soda probably wasn't a good idea.

If you wanna keep the ph in check, you can add some finely granulated dolomite lime to your soil.

It will keep your ph in check throughout your grow, from beginning to end.

Good luck my friend :)

Hmm.. Yea lets hope that one plant makes it.. Sometimes plants can get sick just like us humans, and its hard to diagnose whats really going on.

I think it was a good idea to flush it out.

I wouldn't reccomend using baking soda again. Dolomite lime

Good Luck :)
