its not a sealed room. these are clones i got from someone that ive only had for a little over a week. growth has been great almost double in size already but i just want to make sure im not missing something. 4 plants in DWC under 12/12 600w hps about 6-8" above tops of plants. just put them on the lucas formula using GH Nova bloom 8ml per gallon which i put 32ml total per bucket which they have a little over 4 gallons maybe 4 1/2. also using Great White and i put 10ml of CalMag per bucket as well. i check the ph daily and unless my ph meter is faulty which i calibrated it but it probably is time for a new one but i set the ph around 5.5-5.7 and in a 24hr cycle they usually come up to 6.3-6.5. but like i said the problem doesnt seem to be getting worse or spreading i just want to make sure i know what the problem is so i can make sure it is corrected. and for the roots its hard to say now because the GH Nova is so thick it like dyes the roots darker but they seem to be growing quite nicely. everyday their roots are larger.

jonjon yes that is a hole in the leaf thus why im asking what the issues could be. thats the only hole though none of the other plants have any holes and all the plants only have maybe 2-3 leaves that are affected. also the i guess stalks and stems for the leaves are kinda purplish/redish.

Ive never said this before buddy, but your problems just begun. The stems are purple, that's means your deficient. Usually. Phosphorous or magnesium. It could be genetics but I doubt it, since the hole you have probably indicates you have bugs also... On top of that, as I'm not positive of your product line, your mixing great white which I believe is a mycorizzea with general hydroponics? Can you say germs on steroids!??? Um... I hope you listen to what I'm going to tell you... If not, your likely to fail... Rather quickly...

1. Go get neem oil, use it! You probably have aphids or spider mites. (don't believe me flip the leaf with a hole over, look at underside with a good magnify glass, you got bugs!) Use before lights out!!!

2. Change your resivior! Add 5-10 drops bleach per gallon of water, drops!

3. Pick n use correct products. (Mixing organics and nutes is bad! Asking for trouble...) nova is a bloom. You want a veg fertilizer. You need to get the micro and gro. Use those until flower. Or go into flower now, up to you...

If you have anymore questions about what I'm suggesting, let me know, I'm here, as long as your doing it... Go spend the $30 on fertilizers and $5 on neem oil. Change resivior, spray ladies and do it all over again every week, twice even, few weeks you'll be golden...

If you don't listen, make sure you update us, so I can say I told you so lol...

Use GH as directed. And calmag water. That's it. Take water, add 1 ml per gal calmag, until its 200-250 ppm. Then add micro and gro until you hit 600. Unless you wanna go higher...

Also your light may be too close, keep an eye on it... You'll know if it is, use your hand, see if it gets too warm.couldn't hurt to move back few inches.8-12"

Looks fine ATM, then again I'm use to 1000 waters.

jonjon did you miss the part where i said there under 12/12? as in bloom schedule. and ive used this combination of nutes before with great success. but before i start freaking out over bugs wouldnt they be on all the plants? im new to bugs so i dont know how fast they spread but i would assume very quickly? and only one single leaf has one single hole. none of the others. i will go take a better picture in a few hours before the light comes on again. and i will double check the height of my hood from the plants.

seems i had just freaked out too soon because now they are all looking very green and doing very well. i guess i was starving them a little bit in the beginning but now they seem to love the nutes they are getting now. sorry about the HPS in the picture but i didnt get to the room early enough to catch it before it came on. thanks for everyones help and advice.
