Im reading it may be due to heat or mg deficiency and im 90% positive its not the heat. So whats your guys oppinion on the mg scenerio?
Also theres someone having the same problem on a forum i found through google and some of the people at that forum are saying its neither. That its just a healthy plant growing really fast. So all professional oppinions are welcomed, help is greatly appreciated. :)

looks like hat. and if your saying the edges are going up as well its humidity. maybe the fan isnt enough. or meter is wrong. there is also pressure defficite on the leaves and could be this. medium to dry
a healthy plant will reach for the light but not cup the leaves. the whole leaf will be straight up, check out my journal i think it shows what im talking about.

Pretty normal to have that reaction during a grow. Careful you aren't feeding it much for nutrients at this early stage.

yea, i think it might of been the heat afterall. i raised the lights up a bit and put the fan a bit closer and she seems to be slowly fixing herself. i guess i'll just have to open my closet a few times a day to make sure it don't get too hot.

Yea, im actually really happy with how she's turning out, minus the little problems. But, im sure eveyone has those. But concidering the state she was in when i posted the first set of pics and how i messed up with the transplant, im suprised she didn't die. But, im quite happy lol :) for now anyway, til something else pops up, lol.

& Medi, im wondering about pruning. should i top or pinch? im thinking top myself but im not really all too sure on how to do it correctly without messing her up. when should it be done and how should i do it?

got a few more nodes to go before topping it. i wait till 7 or 8 nodes then take it back down to about the 4th and use the top as a clone. or you can just split the newest growth open so you can pinch the new tip off. this will do the same as topping. its sorta the fim way but i dont care if they fim or not, i jiust want to stop the verticle growth and make the branches. or just pinch off with finger nails the top most secting or node erea of them and will all do the same for you

k so just to be sure, i should wait til theres about 8 sets of nodes, bring em back down to 4? and whats the best way to cut them? some people im looking at through youtube say sharp, clean scisors and 45 degree angle and others are more less jus choppin the hell out of em with razor blades, lol. i do wanna top, i just dont wanna kill her.

dont use scissors. that crushes the ends. use new razor blades and cut at a 45 de4gree angle to the stem. best to have to nodes to take the branches off of to allow betetr rooting. so make sure you have 2 nodes you can take off and still allow the top postion and at least 1 more set below that, then take 2 off.

im going to pm you a video of how i clone ive got loaded on you tube. it shows exactly how to take tops and make them clones

CRAPPP! I wish i hadda checked back to the forum first instead of rushing into things and getting excited. I ended up repotting her anyway before i seen your other post. But, when i was doing it most of the dirt came off the little ball of roots cause they wern't developed properly. So anyway, she's now in the pot and still seems perky after a couple hours. But, im wondering how long would it take for shock to set in if i shocked her? Im just wondering if i did, how long before symptoms show and what, if anything can i do to save her?
about a week of stress then it will grow again. You will have to get a min of 400w mh or hps light if you want any heads.

Worry no more brotha! When using cfls and flouresent bulbs they can almost be touching the bulb. Make sure they have great air currculation in and out of the room, a base nutrient will be essential (which is pretty much your food pyramid) i would recommend "Advanced Nutrients", always water when the medium is almost dried out, make sure when you water them to get all the soil moist not WET. Just some basics I could throw ya..heres a website that got me started decently!! www.weedsthatplease.com ONE LOVE!!!!

Dude, you seriously need to smoke one. chill the hell out. Medi is right get that light a bit closer. Stop taking drastic steps without thinking first. and if you're not prepared to do something, relax and wait until you are. do you realize how much effort and stress you're putting on yourself, for ONE scraggly little plant?? get yourself a method and an organized process as to how you plan on growing that plant. it is much much better to be preventive than reactive.

Try a local hardware store for a 400 watt cfl make sure you get soft white and not yellow because during the vegatative stage the plants need more blue color spectrum for growing but then with you switch over to 12/12 a yellow will be better for the flowering stage do to the orangish yellowish color spectrum. A metal halide bulb is the best bulb for vegatative phase. A high pressure sodium bulb is the best bulb for flowering. An hps bulb can be used from start to finish as for the mh its best for only the vegatative stage. Check your local hydroponics store for lights, nutrients ect. FWI a 150 watt hps will cost around 100 dollars which is bad 16000 lumens!! You can also get mh/hps conversion bulbs and use the same ballast. Money saver that has big results! Anymore questions man add me as a friend and ask away! ONE LOVE!!

That 400 watt statement is untrue sir. Every aspect that plays a part in your grow room will cause to the effect. I would suggest for somebody starting out not to blow more money than they have to. Say you use a 150 watt hps using top of the line Advanced Nutrients with a custom soil blend using larger pots 4 to 5 gallon. You will be very suprised on your results just by proper timing of feeds in your grow room and yes that means a central main cola (ONE BIG NUGGET) lol its great
