Your bottom leaves look a little splotch only. This means the starches and sugars are leaving your first emergers. Is the all purpose mg the one with values 20-20-20? If so its the same chem compounds found in most comercial chem fertilizers, ie advanced nutes dutchmasters etc. They put their eye catching label throw in there worthless ingrediants, to make theirs over here, soo much better than theirs over there. This is about the jist of it chemicals are chemicals. 20-20-20, is a little hot across the board dilluted to half, still a little hot. With this stuff start, (when the plant is sufficiantly large enough,) with this. Mix like the label reads, then dilute to 1/8th. If the plant, and it will, more than likely, tollerate more, increase to 1/4 dilution. And keep it there. If they need more, go with smaller waterings with increased frequency. It 's a bit easyier to manage with less chance of burn. key: I'ts way easyeir to add more as your plant NEEDS it, then to try to go back and re- move the eccess!

Also flushing a plant with clearly little or no perolite at all a risky thing, if it can't dry out after drowning it. I't will die, Better plan, The thing really does not look all burned up. Clearly. That plant is just not fucked up enough to put it through that much stress. If you have no confidece in that soil + you did give it a pretty hot dose of nutes, and strarted too early, hell for all that this plant looks like a champ. Most strains out there these days would look like holocaust survivors. Flushing should be a last ditch effort, last ditch. Try to get that soil dry. flex your pot to losen from the sides tip it over and gently shake out of pot, just let as much of that soil fall away from roots. Don't molest them trying to remove it all. replant it in a good size pot 3 gal or larger for most small to med size strains.
Everything in the growing process is strain specific, ie, how much nutes can it handle, how big a pot, everything. So do a quick re-pot into you enert to close to enert soil wit a perolite amendment. MJ will give lots of love back when you add extra perolite. faster drying time = healthier root systems.
