Is it just me or have you topped them already?

Good rule of thumb is to allow them to get to at least the 5th node before you start training.

To me they look hungry but the early training will not have helped matters.

make sure you’ve got drain holes.

make sure they’re not sitting in water underneath the cups.

stop training until they are healthy.

I can’t tell if it’s over or under watering
it looks like over watering to me. If you are new to growing then over watering is a very common mistake for new growers. It took me close to a year to figure out how little I really needed to use when they are starting out.

To answer your other question that people seem to be avoiding for some reason... Watering from the bottom can be helpful with seedlings because it waters the soil that is further down and below the roots that are forming. Enough moisture wicks up to the roots, to cause them to grow down and toward the water, and prevents over saturating the young roots. Watering from the bottom can be overdone, too, though. If you do it, you will only want to soak them for a few seconds (I don’t go longer than 5-10 seconds). You only want the bottom 1-2 inches of soil to soak up the water. An easy way to get a feel for it is to fill a transparent cop the same size with the same soil and see how long it takes to wick the water up that far.

Low light for seedlings only around 200nm, damp soil not wet, in coco water everyday with ph water. Very little get your self a small watering can or something so you can measure how much your giving. You only top after 2weeks of growth at least. Put a fan on em to dry out damp soil all you can do is wait remember patience is the best growing advise small steps

What’s does watering from the bottom do ?
If you put a lot of drainage holes in the bottom of your solo cups like I do then you can just pour water into a tray and the plants can pull up water passively without drowning the roots. I should have explained that the roots need air just as much as they do water. That’s why I literally slash the solo cups down the side with a razor blade in a few spots and underneath so excess water can escape and air can get at the roots. If you put enough holes or just slash the hell out the cups and then gently water from the bottom you can easily avoid over/under watering. Maybe these droopy ass plants will prop right up for you. Let’s see it when/if they start to look better.

Get him dried up and then explain wet/dry cycle importance to root health. Leave the specific gravity of water standing in aggregate suspension out of it. LOL. Just peeking.

Pretty basic shit here. If I give advice it’s usually because I’ve had the same issue before. Nobody told me I needed drain holes either....
