Would someone be kind enough, to find me a website In the Uk if possible, and make me a list of the stuff I need? So I can order it str8 away.

Ive been meaning to do a grow for so long, I cant wait anymore. I am going to buy the stuff and start growing September, just fucking dont want to waste money on wrong products, or not buy the essentials or buy shitty products.

My budget is ideally about £500 but I Cud if needed stretch to £700. Have 1 spare single bedroom to grow in, not huge but should be more than enuf.

Dont want nothing big for first time just small start....

I got this website: http://www.hydroponics.co.uk/

2 x Strip of 8 3” Rockwool Cubes

Grow Tent- Home Box =

HOMEBOX 1.2 M XL

I dont really know what Ventilation or other products I should buy that are essential.

So if you body could point me in the rite direction, with links from that site or any other site you think is better. I would be really really really grateful. I just dont want waste money on wrong products, or products that are shit.

We all have to start somewhere!

Thanks in advance.

I have a grow plan for around the cost of £100. How many plants are you intending to grow for £500? It kinda looks like you are a little too excited and not really looking at what you need.

You don't buy a Ferrari to learn to drive in. Learn in the shitty car that won't matter when you break it. A lot of that equipment will be a big investment and will most likely last you a decent amount of time, but I would encourage you start small then get the big operation under way once you know what your doing.

Lol exactly I want it to last me a long time, since I dont wanna do just one grow, want to keep on growing. And a few plants would be nice, about 4.

And if your gonna do something mite as well do it properly, although nothing wrong with growing on a budget, I was gona try that few months ago, but I waited, and saved a bit more. So that I could make it easier for myself.

Any help on what else I would need would be much appreciated!!!! Not sure about what ventilation I would need?

P.S I am excited, but thats the reason I am looking at what I need. Because I want to make sure its a success.

You have a choice when it comes to ventilation....you can just use normal household fans for intake, exhaust and circulation....or you can use an inline fan also to cool you light....i use all 4 together, my plants can just about touch the glass on my light and not burn.

hope that helps ya

1x - 5'x5' Grow Tent - $200 USD
1x - 1000W HPS (bulb, ballast, 8" hood) - $500 USD
1x - 8" inline fan & ducting - $250
1x - 4'x4' flood tray - $130

plus your miscellaneous stuff like nutes, yo-yos, pots, actual plants, a medium.

Should be below your budget (based on what i know about the currensy exchange rate) and give you a solid 448g (1 lbs.) of quality herb every 3 months or so.

just a suggestion but I would stick to 1 gal pots for veg and 5 gal pots for flowering with some good soilless mix for your first grow. I made the mistake years ago of trying hydroponics right off the bat, and it was a nerve wracking experience.

Hey guys thanks everyone for your replies, did help alot. Not sure whether I should attempt the hydro method or stick to soil? Gna have to think about that! Soil just seemed like alot of mess and headache to me loll, seemed initially that Hydro would be simple and easier method....

Gna have to do some more research im thinking.

I've been following some of your posts out of curiosity and I guess I was correct. You don't offer any good advice, you just trash talk others that DO GROW. Where are your fabulous plants and grows Mr. Growthatgoodshit?
