need more info.
what medium
whats ppm/ec are you feeding
whats your ph
whats the temps and rh in your room
that last one looks likeliest to me.
at first glance i would say heat/light stress, possibly aggravated by low RH, but need more info to say anything with any certainty

It is happy frog at the top and ocean forest on the bottom. I don't have a ppm meter. I suppose I should get one if want Excellent grade bud huh?... I don't know the ph, because I use the drops and when I water I make sure the water color is yellow to lime green. I don't know the temps neither. I I def need a thermometer.. My tent is not tall so the plants are less than 18 in away from the light. And what is RH?

piss yellow, you want piss yellow.
Looks like those bottom leaves have burned tips, the medium may still be a little hot.
How is the new growth and tips looking, size? colour ? any deformities?

Newgrowth is small and are turning yellow. I knew something was wrong when the new leaves would grow in thin and small. Not any deformities really. But my lsd that's budding behind it has had deformities since she was a baby...

the solution is better than nothing, but one point of ph equals a ten times change in concentration, so a meter is always a good idea. the difference between 5.5 and 5.8 is a LOT more than it sounds like.
a ppm/ec meter is a useful tool. its not absolutely necessary, but it makes it a lot easier to know exactly what you're putting in your pots, and to keep records, which makes it easy to grow the same strain again.
18 inches ought to be enough for a hid, may still be a little close for a strong led.
i don't have an opinion on the soil, i've been growing in coco and pro-mix so long i've forgotten how to grow in soil.
it does seem like your medium may be hot, maybe get some pro-mix, mix it 50-50 with your medium to start plants in,then put them in straight soil when they get big enough to repot.

how big is your tent? a vipar 600 draws 285 watts. thats considered enough for a 3x3 tent. the 450 draws 200 watts. between them, that ought to cover a 5x5 pretty well.
leds will make a plant transpire more than hid, you might need to bump your humidity up a little to compensate.

maybe consider making a "pocket" of mostly promix with a little soil in the center of your pots, and planting into that, giving them time to get some roots growing before they hit the hotter soil.

My tent 5ft tall and like 3ft in length and width. I know I should've got a bigger tent. Since my tent isnt very tall. I should've tied the branches down to keep the tree low. You know what that's a good idea and I think I will try that when I start my next grow and I will be gettin a bigger tent
