so i am planning to have a few winter vegetables on my porch this winter and want to get started ordering seeds. i plan on growing broccoli carrots and spinach. i have a list of recommended or suggested varieties to use in my state. but i can only seem to find them on bonnie. do you guys use bonnie seeds? should i go ahead and use the suggested seeds or buy heirloom seeds? i like to grow organically and feel some bonnie seeds could be GMO

In pots?

Be careful on those cucumbers, when I started them indooors in pots they were the most PH sensitive plant of the bunch.

The squash on the other hand flourished in any condition, try a straightneck summer squash.
Cut into slices and roast in olive oil for about 6-10 mins. Taste exactly like butter without butter, fucking lovely.

Also if you plan on eating them fresh make sure you don't get the pickling variety of cucmbers, get the sweet ones.

Peace and keep us updated if it goes well.:leaf:

yeah they are all in containers. i am starting them in very small pots. probably not a good idea but i am starting them inside since it is so damn hot outside right now. hopefully when it starts to cool down they will be ready to go out. hopefully it wont be effected by the ph. aslong as it likes a close to neutral ph i should be fine.
