some info needed Led single diode

i have some question about single led diode i am curruntly runing a 4X8 tent with 20 cxb3590 3500K on 1400Ma i whould like to add blue and red diode to this setup and i have some questions

1.i thought about adding 2 reds and 2 blue to each cob is it right ?
my bars is organized this way 3b 4b 3b 3b 4b 3b
2. what is the newest leds for this jobs ? and where can i find them ?
3.is a small passive heatsink will do the job for each led ?
4. is a mix of epoxy glue and thrmal paste is suitable for attach the led to the heatsink ?
5.is the the connecting concept to the driver is the same ? can i connect them in a row directly to the driver ?
6. what kind of driver is good for this task ?
i know its alot of question but i am asking for your help :]

for my cobs I but 1 620-630 nm 2 660nm 1 390-400nm for each you might check for a uv diode I got mine off of ebay get the ones already on the little heat sink the epoxy glue works fine connection is the same in series -+-+-+ I got meanwell drivers but lots of other options might what the push on wire type if you don't like sodering as far as drivers figure how many you want to run an string add volts then I think the small diodes are like 700ma but check and that's what the current on driver should be hope this helps

the small 3 watt diodes I got were 700ma and 2-2 to 3 volts they need separate driver 1400ma will burn them out I used thermal paste glue compound no mixing put on heatsink and put where you want it and about 15 min later its dry not sure where is the newest led or where to buy them

we offer these using Cree XPE-2 Colours, not anything brighter in the market Im aware of

mark where can i find this product i looked at cutter but only found the leds alone not like in your pictre when its ready to go ..
